Abrasive Flow Machining – Deburring is done with our specially formulated non-corrosive media that grinds away, rather than shears off, material burrs.
Microflow process – Real-time monitored flow of our abrasive media through small passages like fuel injector spray holes.
ECM – Electrochemical Machining – A highly accurate deburring process that dissolves the burr material by applying an electrical current to the tooling and workpiece while an electrolyte flows between both surfaces.
PECM – Precise Electrochemical Machining – Deburring process that is the same as ECM, but uses a non-static cathode in the anode to maintain a tiny, constant gap throughout the cycle.
