I am a nickel-based, high-temperature alloy, and I would like to file a complaint. Your new sharp, wear-resistant Beyond EADE solid ceramic end mill simply works too fast.
I speak on behalf of all nickel-based, high-temperature alloys when I say this new end mill barely gives us the chance to chip:
(Chips are nearly like dust! Air coolant blows them away!)
When we are given an opportunity, our chips are repurposed as hot zone components like nozzles, shrouds, transition pieces for gas conveyors, and external casings for combustion chambers.
We nickel-based, high-temperature alloys are a resilient group, but this Beyond EADE end mill continues to cut right through us with speed and precision. Because this end mill appears to be virtually unaffected by high temperatures, corrosion, and abrasion, we must formally object to its continued use.
